  • ITR for 3 years In case of businessman, last 2 years profit & loss, ITR copies of last 3 years, balance sheet and bank statement of business account for last 6 months.Legal Documents required for creating mortgage.
Loan Margin
  • Up to Rs. 100.00 Lakh
    Purchase of New Flat - Loan can be extended up to 90% on Agreement Value + Stamp duty + Registration charges.
    For purchase of Resale Flat -Loan can be extended up to 85% of the Agreement Value + Stamp duty + Registration charges.OR Valuation whichever is less.
    For takeover from other bank (for remaining repayment period only) - Loan can be extended up to 85% of Agreement Value + Stamp duty + Registration charges.OR O/s balance + Undisbursed portion with other bank whichever is less.
  • Above Rs.100 Lakhs Up to Rs. 300.00 Lakh
    For New flat - Loan can be extended up to 80% on Agreement Value + Stamp duty + Registration charges.
    For Resale - 80% of the Agreement Value + Stamp duty + Registration charges. OR Valuation whichever is less.
    For Takeover (for remaining repayment period only) - 80% of Agreement Value + Stamp duty + Registration charges. OR O/s balance O/s balance + Undisbursed portion with other bank whichever is less.
