To successfully submit your income tax refunds online following submission of the return, you must pre-validate your bank account. Income Tax Department provides you the facility of pre-validating your bank account on their official website. After logging in to the income tax website, use the Profile Setting sub-option, and click on Pre validate Bank account option. You may change your bank account information (Bank Account number, Bank/Branch/IFSC data) there.

On successful submission of data, Income Tax Department sends a request to us, Cosmos Bank, to verify your bank account, after the verification of your account details, a positive response is sent to the Income Tax Department & validation of the bank account process is complete.
