The Cosmo Home Delight loan is designed keeping in mind the crucial requirements that follow once one buys a house. This loan covers costs ranging from designing and furnishing of the house to renovating it. What makes this all a good investment is that not only do they provide luxury and comfort, but they also increase the value of one’s house when it is put for resale. Hence, this is generally a short term loan. It is available both as a Term loan and Overdraft in order to increase customer convenience.

A maximum of Rs. 5 lacs can be loaned under this scheme, of which maximum Rs. 2 lacs can be provided under the Overdraft Facility. If the eligibility is less than Rs. 5 lacs, only Term loans are given.
